Xiaomi MIUI Updates Get Suspended For Some Of It’s Devices : Check The List

Xiaomi, the Chinese smartphone maker, being one of the most frequent software update provider for its devices has recently released a new list of suspended devices for  MIUI updates. As after the recent MIUI 10 update released to devices like Redmi 5 and Redmi 5A, this new announcement about suspension was made by Xiaomi over the MIUI China Forum. While in this new thread announced by Xiaomi over MIUI China Forum, the company mentioned few of its devices like Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro/Redmi Note 3, Mi 5, Mi 4, Mi 4C, and Mi 4S will no longer get MIUI update.

Xiaomi Device not Getting MIUI Updates List

Just on recall last year, where we got to see Xiaomi ended MIUI update with MIUI 9 for six of this devices and now this year, Xiaomi, revised the process again with devices included like Redmi Note 3 Pro/Redmi Note 3, Mi 5, Mi 4, Mi 4C, and Mi 4S. While with the announcement Xiaomi officially hasn’t stated any reason for the suspension of MIUI support for these devices. But reportedly, the last MIUI update for Mi 5 and Note 3 Pro will be MIUI 10.2 and for Mi 4, Mi 4S, and Mi 4C will be MIUI 10.1.

Moreover, as the latest new MIUI updates have already started for the devices in the batch format among them under the first batch comes the  Mi 8 SE, Mi MIX 2, Mi MIX, Xiaomi Mi 6X, Mi 6X, Mi 5, Mi Note 2, Redmi 6 Pro, Redmi 6, Redmi 6A, Redmi Note 5 and Redmi S2.

Now another 21 remaining phones includes – Mi Max standard version, Mi Max high version, Mi Max 2, Mi 4, Mi 4S, Mi 4C, Mi 5S, Mi 5S Plus, Redmi 5 Plus, Redmi 5A, Redmi 4, Redmi 4 high version, Redmi 4X, Redmi Note 5A standard version, Redmi Note 5A high version, Redmi Note 4, Redmi Note 4 MTK version, Redmi Pro, Redmi Note 3 4G, Redmi Note 4X Qualcomm version, and Redmi 4 top end version.

But while on the other hand, Xiaomi also started rolling out Android 9 Pie update to its Android One device, Mi A2 users subsisting in India and will soon be rolling the updates for other regions too.
